Flavours & Ingredients
We use only high quality ingredients and free-range eggs.
- Vanilla A classic using Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Vanilla
- Chocolate Using Green and Black’s organic cocoa and high quality chocolate for celebration cakes
- Coffee A personal favourite, using quality espresso coffee
- Carrot Lightly spiced and light in texture, this makes a lovely alternative. Only organic carrots are ever used.
- Lemon The zesty option – with only unwaxed, organic lemons used. Topped with buttercream or fondant icing (try with a hint of orange!)
- Banana Sumptious banana sponge, lightly spiced with cinnamon and topped with buttercream or cream cheese frosting – you choose, its your cake!
Gluten Free and other dietry requirements
We can provide gluten free cakes in all the above flavours, please just let us know your requirements - we do however have nuts present on our premises and therefore cannot meet the requirements of those with severe nut allergies.
Go Organic
We do try to provide almost fully organic cakes as standard but we recognise that some customers are willing to pay the premium required for fully organic goods and can provide organic cupcakes and cakes on request. Please note that these will be priced individually.
Icings
We can ice your cakes to suit your tastes and occasion. Fondant , buttercream and cream cheese icing are all available with colours to suit too. Simply tell us which you would prefer.
| Soft Fondant Icing | A soft glossy icing which looks very pretty when coloured. |
| Rolled Fondant Icing | Also known as sugarpaste, this icing is used to cover cakes (e.g. Christmas cakes) and makes a good choice for applying certain types of decoration such as edible tartan or for a more formal look for weddings on which to top with sugar flowers. Can be provided in most colours. |
| Buttercream | Vanilla, chocolate, coffee, lemon and orange are the most popular but other flavours can be provided on request Icing can be provided in any colour. |
| Cream Cheese | Either cream cheese or marscapone usually flavoured with orange or lemon |
Decoration
The cakes on the website are indications of the type of cupcakes we supply, however we make new designs on a regular basis. From glitzy to classic, the childish to sophisticated, we are sure we can meet your needs.
So, if you need a particular style or colour of cupcake please just ask.
Our Cupcakes
No matter what the occasion, we have cupcakes to suit.
We can provide the large cupcakes (muffin size cases) or standard fairy cake size. Cakes can also be personalised with names or ages for example.
Weddings
The traditional wedding cake now has a rival! We can provide amazing wedding cupcake towers. These can be provided with or without a top tier of a single cake in your choice of flavour and in a design to suit the cupcakes and can be up to 7 tiers tall.
These make a fantastic and more unusual alternative to the traditional cake and ensures your guests each have their own cake to take away or eat on the day!
Pricing & Delivery
There is a minimum order size of 6 cupcakes and pricing will depend on the complexity of the designs you choose (for example, more intricate flower decorations). All prices include the packaging – in a white or pink cupcake box.
Wedding cupcakes will be priced according to design, flavour and top tier choices.
